The biggest game in American football is taking place this weekend, February 4th in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  The Philadelphia Eagles and New England Patriots have commanded the road to the Super Bowl, earning their spots in this year’s game.  With Super Bowl Sunday quickly approaching, Act Global will be bringing a fun fact each day about U.S. Bank Stadium- home of Super Bowl LII.

Did you know that U.S. Bank Stadium hasn’t always been the home of the Minnesota Vikings? Until 2013,  Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome (commonly known as the Metrodome for short) was Minneapolis’ premier stadium.   Hosting Super Bowl LII will conclude U.S. Bank Stadium’s second season in use for the NFL.

Since the opening of the stadium, Act Global’s brand of synthetic turf has been the surface of choice.  The artificial grass system has a history of proven playability, durability, and safety for NFL teams.  The surface combines science and technology with superior aesthetics to create the ultimate artificial grass system.
