The biggest game in American football is taking place this weekend, February 4th in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Philadelphia Eagles and New England Patriots have commanded the road to the Super Bowl, earning their spots in this year’s game. With Super Bowl Sunday quickly approaching, Act Global will be bringing a fun fact each day about U.S. Bank Stadium- home of Super Bowl LII.
Did you know that it would take approximately 3,000,000 footballs lined up in a grid to fill the U.S. Bank Stadium? Encompassing approximately 1.6 million square feet, U.S. Bank Stadium is prepared to offer up to 73,000 seats for fans at this year’s Super Bowl LII. The facility will also host six thousand journalists from around the world in a specially-made press box for the event.
Since the opening of the stadium, Act Global’s brand of synthetic turf has been the surface of choice.
