Artificial turf manufacturer Act Global receives Georgia GLOBE Award for bridging new international markets in Latin America in 2013.
The Georgia Department of Economic Development has announced recipients of its GLOBE award, which recognizes companies who entered new markets in 2013 to further the state’s presence in the global marketplace.
Act Global manufactures synthetic turf in their ISO 9001 Quality facility in Calhoun, Georgia, USA, and provides high quality playing surfaces to a growing number of countries around the world. Act Global also has production facilities in Europe and Asia and is continually growing its network throughout those regions and the Middle East.
Congratulations to Fernando Mendy who expanded the Act Global reach into Brazil, Jamaica and Puerto Rico, to our Calhoun, Georgia employees for consistent and quality production, and to our customers who support us in these important and growing markets!
